Sadly, I must announce that I have lost Blog War I to Elizabeth. I failed to post yesterday. A shout out to Katie Jenkins for being the first to point it out publicly. I have to admit that Elizabeth was a gracious winner, she didn’t gloat or do an endzone dance. (At least not in front of me…) Anyway, I will be buying her a new journal and publicly presenting it in November. I will try to post a picture. In the meantime, I want a rematch…

Hmm… good try guys. I believe it was a “Blog War” not a “Blog/Podcast War” but maybe that was just me…

Delana and I discussed the possibility of a rematch today at lunch. We decided that perhaps one competition a year would suffice. And with Battle 2007 behind us – Prepare for Battle 2008 (coming soon to a blog near you)!

When Elizabeth shared the news with me, my reaction was the same as hers — OH NO! We’ve all enjoyed the Blog War. I propose that we get through the busy season here and begin the ANNUAL BLOG WAR in January 2008.

You both shall live to blog another day.

Just because the “Challenge” has ended doesn’t mean the value of blogging is lost. I “challenge” (small c) you to post a blog EVEN though it won’t contribute to your chances of doing any victory dances.
